Welcome to the Knowledge Transfer Alliance
The purpose of this site is to bring together vital know-how for capturing and applying implicit and tacit knowledge. It is both a roadmap, providing the industry "lay of the land" along with links to key people and tools; and a learning center, providing information about and actionable how-to on a variety of knowledge subjects.
It is a "work in progress" and labor of love for me (Pam Holloway). My goal is to help business professionals make sense of the variety of tools and solutions at their disposal and figure out what makes sense for them. I also want to support and help provide greater visibility for the community of consultants, toolmakers, and trainers who provide knowledge capture, knowledge retention, and knowledge assessment solutions.
